Design Brief
I need a logo design for a new apparel company based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. I am hoping to create a brand that is fresh, youthful, trendy yet simple that speak to the overall culture of Hawaiʻi. The brand name KAIKŪ is Hawaiian and means mid tide (or finding oneʻs center/balance). I would like to see this design in black, but future designs with the logo may be a different color so the logo must be adaptable. And I want the logo to be one color. My target audience is Gen Z and millennials. Other brands to draw inspiration from would be Manaola Hawaiʻi and Hawaiʻi Finest. This brand will be a mix of street/gym/surf wear.
I wanted to have a business logo, that complimented my taste whenever a client looks at it, and brandingmeastro was able to transform my thinking exactly into my company's logo.
